Is it possible to add products or change the delivery address, size, model and color after the order is closed?

    No. After the order is closed, you can't make changes. For order cancellation, please contact us at  

    Will I only receive the order after paying all the card's installments?

      No. The order will be dispatched after the approval of the payment by the Card Administrator, which may take up to 24 hours, after confirmation of the "order placed".  

      My order should have arrived by now! How to proceed?

        If you have not yet received your order, check your history with the "My Orders" option. If the information is not enough, please email us at  

        How soon will my order be posted?

          After payment confirmation, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. The collection of SF Express is done Monday to Friday between 3 and 4 PM. Orders made, or with confirmation of payment after this time, will be sent within the next 2 business day.

          Order Status:

          Understand the status of your order:
          Awaiting Payment: Your request has been received and we are awaiting confirmation or approval of the payment, which is sent to us by the operator.
          To Send: your payment has been confirmed / approved and your order has been passed on to the Distribution Center to be withdrawn from the stock, packed and wait for the collection of the courier.
          Sent: Your order is still in transit to the destination and the tracking code has already been automatically sent to your email.
          Finished: your order has already been delivered.
          Cancelled By Store: If your credit card is not approved or there is no confirmation of payment of the bank slip / transfer within 5 business days, the order is automatically cancelled by the credit card company or bank.
